Heera Tamang Syangtan (Hira Lal Syangtan) is a Korean language educator with approximately 14 years of teaching experience. As Senior Korean Language Instructor at Toddle Multipurpose Company Pvt. Ltd., Hetauda, he leads Korean language instruction for learners pursuing employment and higher education in the Republic of Korea.

His expertise lies in examination preparation. He has taught EPS-TOPIK for approximately 13 years and TOPIK for around 6 years, and he holds TOPIK Level 4 certification. His classes emphasise the vocabulary, listening and reading skills that determine examination success.

Heera's teaching is grounded in first-hand experience. Having worked in South Korea from 2008 to 2013, he understands Korean workplace culture and daily life from the inside. This practical insight helps his students prepare not only for the examination but for the transition to living and working in Korea.

He also brings experience in educational leadership. As Chief Executive Officer of Arirang Language Center from 2013 to 2018, he managed language-training programmes and organisational operations. That experience continues to shape his structured approach to course delivery.

Heera is the author of several Korean learning resources for Nepali learners, including grammar books, mock-test materials and Korean meaning/vocabulary books. He teaches both in the classroom and online.

A graduate of Makawanpur Multiple Campus (Bachelor's, 2063 BS) and TMC, Birgunj (Master's, 2078 BS), Heera completed his earlier schooling in Hetauda. He passed his SLC/SEE with First Division from Janapriya Secondary School (2054 BS) and completed his +2 at Hetauda School of Management (2058 BS). He is also a member of Ankur Nepal, Makwanpur.

Heera is dedicated to helping Nepali learners achieve their goals in South Korea and to strengthening educational ties between the two countries.
